Bitsoft is a Romanian company that started back in 1994 when they started developing IT solutions for hotels.
Today they provide end-to-end solutions for the hospitality industry as a national market leader, looking to expand fast and already being present in Hungary and Bulgaria.
Challenge
They needed experienced developers in their technology stack to build and develop their own products on a limited period of time.
They were on hurry to rapidly scale their implementation capacity in order to keep on track with their roadmap.
We onboarded a dedicated team of full stack developers to join their existing and undersized team.
Full stack developers
Continuously adapting the number of talents assigned on the projects developed together with their team and providing new specific talents in order to keep track with the roadmap, technical requirements and work in an optimal formula.
Technical consultancy
Offer consultancy for technical choices and solutions to specific technical challenge like code refactoring, optimising frontend applications and backend performances.
Being an existing project and the client already having a team working on it, we had to start with a session of research and documentation to understand their products, technology stack, backlog requirements and roadmap.
After the onboarding process was done, our team joined the existing client team and worked together in an Agile / Scrum way, with 2 weeks sprints.
Even if we were working on the same backlog and sprints, we worked on separate stories allowing us to apply a collaboration model based on estimations and also to keep a separate track of our effort, in order for the client to constantly have a clear vision over the budget and delivery time.
As our implication in the project grew and the trust was built, we increased our team and got involved in other projects too. In the present we are involved with more than 10 developers in 3 active projects.
